## Our team

**Marek Cichy**  
Founder, CFO  
Founder of REDS and Audytel, with many years of experience in IT and telecommunications. He oversees the company's finances and builds relationships with key partners and operators in the railway and energy sectors.

**Witold Bartnik**  
CEO  
CEO of REDS since 2019. PhD Eng. & EMBA, with over a decade of experience at the intersection of railway engineering and IT systems. He shapes the company's strategy and oversees REDS product deployments for operators in Poland.

**Piotr Stefańczyk**  
CTO  
Experienced IT systems architect. He leads the R&D team developing systems for transport and energy, and oversees REDS' product roadmap.

**Konrad Parol**  
COO  
Manages REDS' operations and internal processes, from project delivery and team organization to HR. He keeps the company running efficiently in a period of dynamic growth.

**Maksymilian Krajewski**  
CSO  
Oversees the security of REDS' systems and infrastructure. He shapes security policy and ensures compliance with requirements for regulated sectors, including NIS2.

**Łukasz Idrian**  
Chief Analyst  
Experienced data analyst specializing in the railway industry. He supports operators in interpreting operational data and optimizing processes.
